Welcome to Utah

Welcome to Utah

Welcome to Utah, a state that has already left a lasting impression on us, even though we’ve only experienced a small part of everything it has to offer.

Most of our visits to Utah have centered around Salt Lake City, where we’ve attended several doTERRA conventions. While those trips gave us the opportunity to enjoy the downtown area and experience the energy of the city, our schedules were usually filled with convention activities, leaving little time to venture beyond the surrounding neighborhoods. We always knew there was much more waiting to be explored.

That opportunity finally came when we met up with a wonderful group of camping friends in Moab. If there was ever a place that changed the way we viewed Utah, it was there. The scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. Towering red rock cliffs, dramatic canyons, and landscapes unlike anything we’d seen before seemed to stretch endlessly in every direction. It was one of those destinations where every turn of the road offered another view that made us stop and simply take it all in.

One of our favorite parts of traveling is the people we meet along the way, and sharing the experience with friends made our time in Moab even more memorable. There’s something special about gathering around a campsite after a day of exploring, sharing stories, laughter, and meals while surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in the country.

As incredible as our experiences have been, we know we’ve only begun to discover Utah. With its five national parks, countless state parks, scenic byways, mountain ranges, and hidden desert landscapes, Utah is a place that deserves far more than a quick visit. It’s high on our list of states we can’t wait to return to because we know some of our greatest Utah adventures are still ahead of us.
